When perusing the online slot machine industry it can get boring just playing the same games over and over and not having any kind of spark to light up the process. However, Everest Casino is working hard to change the humdrum of the slot machine industry by offering a new video slot machine for their players that they are sure to love.
With Italy currently experiencing their Carnival season, the casino thought that they might tie their slot machines into the deal. Their newest slot machine embraces the Italian side of life and gives their players a run for their money. Players will be enthralled with the new theme and with the colors, etc. that come from the offering of such an amazing time in the culture of Italy – and it all comes in the form of a slot machine.
There are masks, music, etc. to greet the online slot machine player, and a jackpot that can be won that is worth up to $250,000. Once you hit the jackpot you would think that your fun would be done, but nothing could be further from the truth. Instead, when you make it to the bonus round you get to go on a Venetian type treasure hunt – which is almost more exciting than the game.
For those not interested in the Italian Carnival theme, which is hard to believe, the online casino also offers tons of other games. Whether your game of choice is slots, poker, or any of a group of more than 200 games – you are bound to find something you love at Everest Casino.

It is a good day for the residents of Bethlehem; Bethlehem, Pennsylvania that is. Today is the day that the slot machines arrived at the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem. Ever since the voters of Pennsylvania decided to legalize slot machines, residents have been waiting for the casino to be completed and for the slot machines to arrive and now it is all finally happening.
Three tractor trailers carrying the slot machines came into South Side earlier today, with big names like Lucky Lamp, Penny Frenzy, etc. and many gathered to watch them arrive as one would the king. The company says that with the slot machine arrival that it was making it all very real for a lot of people.
The company has been working to transform the old Bethlehem Steel Corp into a 3,000 slot machine casino, and the 363 machines that arrived today were just the beginning of that process. The company says that after spending the last few years working on “redeveloping this historic site” that this brings them one step closer to opening day.
City officials said that the company is hoping to open sooner than originally planned. They were planning on opening at the end of June, and now they are pushing for May 22nd. This means that the slot machines had to come sooner as well, and this shipment means that they are that much closer to their goal. Residents are excited to see what has been done with the plant, especially since so much of the original structure has been kept.

A new bill in front of the Minnesota government would add slot machines in bars and the airport. The state is looking for a way to bring in additional income for the various programs that they may have to cut without it, and are looking at many different possibilities of a solution.
Senator Chuck Wiger says that by adding in the slot machines they could end up earning an additional $1 billion for the state. He is proposing the bill on Monday that will allow the games in the various locations including the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. There are also more than 3,200 bars that would have access to the slot machines should it be approved.
The additional revenue is already earmarked for veterans assistance and improving the school system within the state. The additional revenue would enable them to offer scholarships to students who have a B or better average on their report cards.
He says that Minnesota is going through a tough time and that they need this additional income to get them through the months ahead. There are several other Senators who are on the bill with him as they believe that this is the way for them to go at this time. They say that without another option, this is the best one that they have for now.
The bill will go to the House as well, where they are hoping for approval.

George Carney wants slot machines at Raynham Park. He is willing to fight tooth and nail to get the slot machines, and has been doing pretty much just that. He has set his sites on getting them to increase the revenue at his track, and thinks that he stands a pretty good chance at getting them.
Year after year Carney says that he watches the revenue at his track drop, and says that without slot machines he is not sure how much longer he will be able to compete with those that already have them. He says that the slot machines bring in business, and allows him to increase his purses. Higher purses mean better horses and better races – which in turn lead to more money. It is a circle that he wants to be a part of.
He also points out that the slot machine will enable him to keep on the hundreds of jobs that would have to be eliminated if the slot machines do not come in. This would lead to families in trouble and then dependent on the state for help – leading to a bad situation there as well.
He says that he has been trying for years to get slot machines, but now he finally has a friendly face. Rep. David Flynn also wants to see slot machines brought in. he says that he thinks that third time is the charm and that they are going to be successful in getting them this time around. He says that the state needs the money that the slot machines would bring in, as does the track.

Governor Bob Riley was in the news again stressing the fact that slot machines are illegal in the state of Alabama, and that he is making sure that they are not operational in his state. He first announced his intention of cracking down on all the illegal slot machines in the state through the formation of a task force that would examine all of the locations to make sure that they would not be running them.
The task force has already come back with some preliminary reports of finding illegal slot machines within the state, and Riley says that it is up to the slot machine companies to ensure that they are not placing these devices in their state. Riley sent out letters last week to each of the major slot machine companies warning them against using them in their state. He said that they would face criminal liability if they are found operational within the boundaries of Alabama.
He said that the companies would be prosecuted if they were found to be giving illegal slot machines to any establishment in Alabama. They say that the slot machines will most likely be confiscated and either civil suits or criminal charges will be filed. He said that the courts will decide if it is a legal bingo game or illegal slot machine game.
They say that they are not looking to put a bunch of people in jail for illegal slot machines; they are just looking to clean up their state. They want to protect their residents from illegal slot machine gambling, and this is the only way they know how to do that.
